This G1/8 (BSPP) external male thread hydraulic manifold filter screen features 150 micron filtration rating, specially designed for high-pressure hydraulic valve blocks to protect hydraulic valves, spools and precision components from particle contamination. Made of multi-layer sintered or woven stainless steel mesh (304 / 316SS optional), this valve block strainer withstands high working pressure, hydraulic oil impact and corrosion.
Uniform 150μm pore size delivers stable filtration performance, intercepting metal chips, sand and impurities in hydraulic fluid. Precise G1/8 external thread ensures tight fit and easy installation into hydraulic manifold ports. Reusable and washable filter mesh reduces replacement cost.
