The 101618 applicator head filter is an inline hot melt adhesive filter element designed for BF series applicator heads. Mounted at the adhesive inlet of the applicator head,it traps char,carbonized glue,cured particles and foreign debris before the melt stream reaches dispensing modules,nozzles,solenoid valves or spray inserts.
This 101618 filter helps stabilize melt pressure,prevent bead breakage,reduce stringing and eliminate nozzle clogging on high-speed carton sealing,case erecting,bookbinding,hygiene,automotive trim and filter-assembly lines.Regular replacement is a low-cost way to extend module life and cut unplanned line stops.
