This tank filter for hot melt machines is a replacement filter cartridge dedicated for ITW hot melt equipment, part number 814009 or 117147, with a 100-mesh filtration rating, compatible with the Easy Spin series. We also have 80 mesh (PN:117146/814008) and 150 mesh (PN:117148/814010) as optional specifications.
It adopts a stainless steel perforated cylinder skeleton structure, featuring robust pressure-resistant construction with built-in precision filter media. It efficiently intercepts carbonized adhesive lumps and impurity particles in hot melt glue, protecting core downstream components such as glue pumps and nozzles. It prevents poor glue spraying and equipment damage caused by foreign matter clogging, lowering maintenance costs from equipment downtime.
